Salary: £20-25k plus 20% of salary in OTE Location: Reigate, UK Job type: Full time Direct report: SDR Team Leader About Infinity Infinity is a leading analytics and call intelligence service. The company’s roots were founded in digital marketing and the need to attribute offline call activity against digital and other marketing activity to ensure that all online spend is optimised. The business was launched in 2011 and is an established UK market leader. Annual revenues £5m and significantly growing. The firm is already hugely profitability with 500 clients and employs 90 people in London, Reigate, Baltimore & California USA. We see a huge potential in the cloud contact center market and the convergence of the requirements of marketing, sales, service/support and operational teams, therefore are looking to grow the SDR team who are situated at the forefront of this process. Profile of Role We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our incredibly successful, growing SDR team in the UK. You will be passionate about developing yourself and will potentially be looking to progress through the ranks of our global commercial team into roles such as Business Development, Partner Account Management and Customer Success or Management. The right person will receive a competitive package, realistic and achievable OTE and benefits, plus one of the best personal development processes in the industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Opportunity Qualification Qualify inbound enquiries generated by Marketing. Follow a structured opportunity qualification process (company use MEDDICC). Use needs development techniques (company uses SPIN methodology). Accurately forecast monthly opportunity success rate to line manager. 2. Exhibition Support Work with Marketing and Sales to drive attendance to and attend events. Contact delegates pre-event to arrange meetings. Follow our Qualification Process during the event. Post-event follow up with leads to arrange scoping calls/meetings. 3. Outbound ABM Support Identify new opportunities in target accounts. Support the Named Sales Rep with pre-qualification research following the Opportunity Qualification process (on the target account or its subsidiaries). Proactively prospect via outbound methods (Phone, Email, LinkedIn) in order to book meetings with target contacts. Be able to develop a rapport and build champions in target accounts. Educate non-target contacts on Infinity value paths to push internal discussions. 4. Partnerships Support Qualify referrals generated by the Channel, Tech Partner and Customer Success teams. Support follow up from internal events to drive more referrals. Qualify new potential partners to understand if there is a fit. Development Plan In this role you will be given the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills, including (but not limited to) face-to-face communication, objection handling, outbound prospecting, opportunity, qualification, meeting booking. A comprehensive training and development plan will be put in place to broaden your understanding of the commercial world, in particular the Infinity Sales Process. Success within the SDR Team will give you the opportunity to progress into roles within the following teams: Premium Sales Enterprise Sales Partnership Sales Customer Success About the person Degree educated or min. 3 years of sales experience in B2B Valued team member, upholding Infinity values and professional integrity at all times. Inspirational presenter / storyteller Track record of Sales Development and managing sales pipelines Proven solid understanding of a SaaS business. Beneficial, but not Essential Experience in: B2B pipeline generation Salesforce Objection Handling LinkedIn Sales Navigator MEDDICC SPIN Selling Knowledge of Marketing processes
