Job Summary: The UK-based SAP Business ByDesign (ByDesign) Project Manager will be responsible for delivering NTT’s ByDesign project implementations in the UK and Ireland.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance with process design.
* Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.
* Anticipate client’s needs and propose alternative business solutions as required.
* Seek and capitalize on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
* Understand each client’s business, organization, and objectives.
* Maintain client engagement through regular meetings and status reports.
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards defined in the professional services quality management plan.
* Participate and facilitate in team and client meetings.
* Keep project documentation clear and up-to-date.
* Address issues openly and promptly.
* Communicate relevant project information effectively to superiors and peers.
* Communicate sensitive information tactfully.
* Encourage creative and innovative thinking within the team.
* Share lessons learned and best practices across the organization.
* Identify opportunities for change and communicate the need for change.
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Significant ERP implementation experience, preferably with ByDesign.
* Experience managing technical, cross-functional professional services teams and delivery partners.
* Experience managing multiple projects of varying sizes.
* Ability to handle 2 to 6 projects simultaneously, depending on size.
* Maintain professionalism under high stress.
* Work effectively in a multicultural environment.
* Proven leadership skills to engage, mobilize, and motivate teams.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
