Role Overview
Due to continued growth across the business, our client is looking to recruit three Inbound Sales Executive to join our busy Sales Team. Working across multiple brands, in a busy e-commerce business.
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls which you will convert to sales.
* Handle outbound calls to customers from your quote pipeline.
* Provide customers with advice and then place their order.
* Handle enquiries via Live Chat and emails.
* Cross selling products where possible
* Respond to customer queries in a timely fashion and provide clear and concise advice.
* Prepare sales quotations in a timely fashion.
* Complete other ad hoc sales and service administrative tasks when required.
* Manage your enquiry pipeline to maximize every opportunity to convert an opportunity into a sale.
You will be provided with full training for this role, but previous horticultural sales experience is essential to allow you to hit the ground running and covert our very varied hedging enquiries into sales. To be a successful Sales Advisor you will need:
