At Sage Partners, we are expanding our Birmingham office and hiring Entry-Level Account Executives to support client growth and campaign delivery. You will receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and early exposure to real client-facing responsibilities from day one.
No previous experience is required. What matters is your professionalism, communication skills, and motivation to build a long-term career.

The Role
As an Account Executive, you will be trained across key commercial and client-facing functions, including:
* Representing established UK brands in a professional, face-to-face environment
* Supporting live client campaigns and day-to-day account activity
* Building strong customer relationships and delivering high service standards
* Working closely with your team to achieve performance targets
* Learning how accounts are managed, grown, and retained
As your capability and confidence develop, responsibility will increase accordingly.
Training & Development
