About this opportunity
Providing general administrative and clerical support, this role will involve a variety of tasks, including data entry, answering phone calls, assisting with shipping, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist with the shipping of goods, including packing and labeling
• Maintain and organize office supplies
• File and scan documents and receipts
• Run general office errands as needed
• Manage stock checks and alert management of low stock levels
• Maintaining Customer relationships
• Provide general administrative support to other team members
