* Training of new staff
* Initial point of contact for back office escalations.
* Auditing and raising invoices promptly and accurately
* General administration duties
* General enquiries from staff, internal and external business associates
* Responsibility for monitoring emails and phone calls into the office
* Assist the service leadership team with projects
* Auditing and printing purchase orders for suppliers and ensuring relevant authorisation is obtained
* Liaising with the different branches to resolve queries

* Previously worked in an office environment, ideally leading a team.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Computer literate, in particular have strong skills on Excel
