Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a senior experienced Surveyor of Shutters and Blinds, located in Leigh-On-Sea. The Surveyor will conduct site visits, take precise measurements, and consult with clients to recommend the best shutter and blind solutions for their spaces. Additional responsibilities include preparing accurate documentation, processing using various supplier portals, coordinating with the installation team, taking payments and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns effectively.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in taking accurate measurements and spatial planning
* Knowledge of shutters, blinds, and similar products, or a willingness to learn
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client consultations
* Attention to detail and ability to produce precise documentation
* Problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions based on customer requirements
* Time management and organizational skills to manage site visits and schedules effectively
* Experience in a related field is a plus
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
* A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
