PositionSummary:
LiveU islooking for a dynamic and energetic individual to manage ourOperations Support team. The Operations support team is a sharedservices team supporting LiveU s global operations. The teamsupports various ERP transactions as well as day to day managementof product delivery returns and administration of SIMs. Thisexciting position will liaise with internal functions includingsales customer support order management andoperations.
Responsibilities:
* Manageinternal and contract resources to deliver 24/7/365 support ofoperations functions
* Primary owner ofrelationship with offshore agencies used to provide contractresources
* Continuously improve the process andrigor for customer service set KPIs and measureperformance
* Responsible for hiring training andmanaging relevant departmental personnel that perform the followingdepartmental functions
* Partnering with thesupply chain logistics team to complete ERP systemtransactions
* Partnering with our customersupport team to issue RMA s (Return Material Authorizations) tocustomers and coordinate shipment of replacementmaterial
* Coordinating customer returns fromproduct rental RMA and Demo
* Supporting theprovisioning of LiveU s mobile lines including activation of newlines and making changes to line features based on customerorders.
* Provide support to customersdistributors and internal sales employees regarding inquiries ofproduct availability and order statuses
* Developand implement training programs and new processes to ensure aneverimproving customer experience
* Handlingescalations and working with operations order management and salesteams to prioritize orders including review reschedule andacknowledgment data and work with operations to review root causeand correctiveactions
Requirements :
* A Bachelor sdegree or equivalent education and experience with a minimum of 5years experience in customer service order management or othercustomer facing operations roles.
* Excellentwritten and oral communicationsskills
* Experience managing ateam
* Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice
* Previous ERP and CRM experiencerequired
* Availability for a fastpaced globalrole working with multiple timezones
