Responsible to: Care Coordinator/CHAP/Nurse in Charge
Job Specification:
To provide care for the residents under the guidance and supervision of the care coordinators, chaps or nurses. To deliver care with dignity, choice, and respect and to undertake other activities to assist in the running of the Home as required. To spend time with people and make a positive difference to someone in your care.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for working within a nursing home and memory care environment. Someone who smiles and is happy as this has a profound effect on the people you will look after. We are looking for someone that acts as a team player and can communicate effectively at all levels. Our ideal candidate must have a willingness to participate in vocational training, be kind and compassionate with empathy toward others. Previous working experience in this setting is desirable but not essential as a full training package awaits the right person.
