The Opportunity
An established and expanding main contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on a £18–20m industrial / logistics project in Corby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys being site-based, taking ownership of a project from start to finish, and being part of a growing contractor with strong leadership and an exciting pipeline of work.

The Role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor on this scheme, you’ll report directly to the Commercial Director and take full commercial responsibility for a live design & build industrial shed project.
Your main duties will include:
Leading all commercial and cost management activities as the project’s Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Managing procurement, subcontractor payments, variations, and valuations.
Preparing CVRs, forecasts, and monthly reports.
Supporting and mentoring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on site.
Ensuring project profitability and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You
To be successful as the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need:
Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or strong Project QS ready to step up.
A track record delivering industrial / logistics / warehouse / shed projects.
Main contractor or design & build experience.
Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
Ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and deliver results.
Living within roughly 45-60 minutes of Corby.
