Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Sale, Greater Manchester
Salary: £60,000 (includes £1,500 on-call allowance) + £2,500 Ofsted Outstanding Bonus + £3,000 Joining Bonus
Type: Full-Time, Permanent | 37.5 hours per week minimum
We are working with a therapeutic children’s home provider seeking a highly capable Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed residential home in Sale. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and outcomes for children aged 7–17.

Key Requirements:
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior or management role in residential childcare
*
Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Services (minimum)
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (desirable, or willingness to work towards)
*
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Child Protection, and Ofsted regulations
*
Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and care planning
*
Full UK Driving Licence
