We are looking for inspiring and reflective teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality education and committed to helping every child reach their full potential. You will need to be confident in using a range of teaching strategies and have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum. Creativity, collaboration, and a willingness to embrace digital tools are essential.
You will be part of a trust-wide team of teachers who work together to deliver a knowledge-rich, project-based curriculum. Our schools are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including dedicated libraries, science and art rooms, TV studios, and forest school areas. Every child has access to their own Microsoft Surface device, and our digital approach supports both teaching and assessment, reducing workload and enhancing planning.
Our schools offer an exciting, extended and enriched curriculum. From musical theatre and modern foreign languages to climbing, kayaking, and fencing, we ensure every child has the opportunity to discover their strengths. Teachers are supported by a strong coaching culture, and a network of colleagues who share planning and resources across the Trust.
We are committed to helping you grow! You will benefit from weekly CPD sessions with other teaching staff in the Trust. We also have a strong ECT programme with dedicated mentoring and support from our ECT Lead.
Your Role
1. Deliver High-Quality Teaching – Plan and teach engaging, purposeful lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
2. Embrace Digital Innovation – Use technology to enhance learning, assessment, and collaboration across the Trust.
3. Support Pupil Progress – Use adaptive assessment tools to track progress and plan for individual needs.
4. Collaborate and Reflect – Work with colleagues across schools to share best practice and develop professionally.

Hours and Salary
10. National Teacher Pay Scale
11. 8am – 5pm x 5 days a week
12. 40 weeks per year (term time + 10 days)
