Are you a practical, proactive and experienced administrator and looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an Administrator to work across our legal and finance teams on a part time basis of 2-3 days per week.
As our Administrator for the team you will have opportunity to work across a number of disciplines and provide support and administration assistance to our lawyers and finance professionals.
The role requires the efficient management of records in relate to ongoing cases, liaison across the business and externally speaking with agencies as diverse as the police, HM Coroners, NHS Trusts to name a few.

What you'll be doing
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Preparing correspondence and documents as well as amending and formatting more complex documents
Arrange meetings, confirm details in writing to participants, and set up IT equipment.
Provide specific administrative assistance to members of the legal team on ad hoc projects.
Partner with the Practice Plus Group communication team to ensure corporate and legal owned policies are reviewed, updated and uploaded before expiry
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure that contractual documents are reviewed and approved and assist with obtaining signature from relevant statutory directors
Handle incoming invoices and organise approval before arranging payment.
The role is home based, but semi-frequent travel to our Theale office may be required. What we'll look for in you
Previous administration experience in a busy buy team in essential, as is proficiency with core microsoft office programmes. Your experience or knowledge of the healthcare sector would be helpful although not a requirement – the team you'll be joining are experts and will gladly share their knowledge.
