We are working with a warm and welcoming SEN school that support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH) and a range of additional needs. The Role: Primary SEN Teacher - Specialist Provision (SEMH)
* Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with SEMH and additional needs
* Delivering a creative, adaptable and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles
* Supporting pupils who experience behavioural challenges or barriers to education
* Working closely with a team to support EHCP outcomes
* Building strong, trusting relationships to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour
The ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
* Experience working with SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision (PRU/AP) settings
* Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient approach
* Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people
