Dental Nurse with experience in treatment coordination

The job role requires dental nurse
GDC registration
for delivering the best customer care and dental scans using an
Itero scanner
and other dental responsibilities. Candidates with experience in
Orthodontics
would be a bonus, however
Full training is given.

Requirements:
* Valid GDC Registration
* Previous Experience in orthodontics is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills
* Treatment coordination experience.
* Highly Motivated
* Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients.
* Comprehensive knowledge of all clinical policies and procedures governing teams duties.
Responsibilities
:
* Be the face of
IMPRESS
, deliver a world-class experience for every customer.
* Updating procedures, policies and interactions through training.
* Assist the dentist.
* Ensure and maintain all equipment and machinery used with their manufacturers' recommendations.
* Always care for the welfare of patients in a helpful and courteous manner.
* Act as a patient manager.
* Responsible for managing stock ordering and control, ensuring not to exceed budgets.
* Manage the team's compliance with all regulatory requirements and processes.
* Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
* Call and follow-up with customers to drive sales.
* Provide our customers with information about
IMPRESS
oral care products.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and activities for improving the patient journey.
* Help patients to finance their treatments.
* Coordinate with the booking agents and patient care for smooth appointment planning.
* Work with your team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere
