Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
3. Managing inventory and ensuring product availability by aligning forecasts with supply plans.
4. Manage transport and customs between France, UK, and Ireland.
5. Oversee stock movement, booking, and discrepancy reporting in ERP.
6. Share weekly and monthly stock updates with Sales and Marketing.
7. Set up new product SKUs in internal systems.
8. Provide stock reports and support 4PL performance and documentation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would have:
9. Experience working within a similar role, in the pharma/ FMCG/ manufacturing industry.
10. Strong analytical and communication skills.
11. Proficiency with Excel (VLookUps, Pivot Tables).
12. Proactive and excited to learn and develop.
