Class 1 Tramper & Day Drivers Required - Bulk Tipper - Full Time
We are currently recruiting for Class 1 (Cat C+E) Drivers for a well-established client, with opportunities available for both tramper (night out) drivers and day drivers.
Role 1: Class 1 Tramper Driver (Bulk Tipper)
Pay & Hours
* £16.30 per hour (Guaranteed 45 hours - Monday to Friday)
* £20.38 per hour (Overtime after 45 hours)
* £20.38 per hour (Saturdays)
* Regular nights out required (tramping)
✅ Overtime paid after 45 hours per week
The Role
* Driving a Class 1 bulk tipper vehicle
* Delivering recycled materials across the UK
* Regular nights out in a modern sleeper cab (microwave & fridge included)
* Daily interaction with customers, ensuring high service standards
* Flexible routes - no two days are the same
Ideal Candidate
* Valid Cat C+E (Class 1) licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
* Strong customer service skills
* Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules
* Flexible, reliable, and professional attitude
* Previous tipper experience desirable (training provided if not)
⚠️ Insurance requirements:
* Must be 25 years or older
* Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience

Role 2: Class 1 Day Driver (Wagon & Drag)
Pay & Hours
* £16.30 per hour (Guaranteed 45 hours - Monday to Friday)
* £20.38 per hour (Overtime after 45 hours)
* Typical start: 06:00
* Typical finish: Around 15:30
The Role
* Driving wagon and drag (drawbar) vehicles
* Monday to Friday day work only
* Deliveries of materials across the regional network
* No nights out required
* Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork
Requirements
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
* Wagon & drag experience required
* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
* Professional and reliable attitude
