Who are we? We're a young, ambitious SaaS start-up that launched in 2020 with high-growth plans for 2025 and beyond. Our goal is to make e-commerce growth easy for Shopify SMEs, predominantly through our very own mobile app builder, with support from our expert performance marketing, creative and strategy plans. Who are you? As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our fast-paced and collaborative Account Management team. You’ll work with a portfolio of exciting direct-to-consumer brands, acting as their go-to partner across onboarding, execution, performance reporting, and day-to-day support. This role is all about building strong relationships and delivering great results. You’ll help your clients get the most out of our app-commerce platform and marketing services – from writing and scheduling push notifications to Meta ad campaign setup and optimisation. You'll be hands-on, creative, and commercially aware. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, shape campaign strategies, and develop your skills in client management, digital marketing, and e-commerce growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with early experience in account management or paid media who’s looking to take the next step in a supportive, fast-growing environment. Must-Have Skills and Experience Professional experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Management, Paid Social Media Management, Customer Success, Project Management, or Customer Support) Direct experience running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) Demonstrated ability to maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive account management Skilled communicator, comfortable engaging with clients via email, phone, video calls, and in-person meetings Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously Experience in copywriting, particularly for social media, push notifications, and ad campaigns Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insightful reports on campaign and account performance Ability to provide feedback on best practices for features, visual assets, and ad creatives Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment and capable of working independently Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and mobile technology, with a passion for continuous learning Bonus If You Have Experience working in a creative, marketing, or social media agency Knowledge of mobile commerce and app commerce Experience setting up and managing a push notification schedule (or similar content for email or social platforms) Experience using website builders like Shopify (or similar platforms) Professional experience using the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store Experience with Google Ads Some Specifics Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: Immediately Holiday: Unlimited Salary: £30-48K (depending on experience) Location: Flexible/Hybrid. We have team days in our London office twice a month for collaboration, socialising, and onboarding. The account management has been known to come in more often on an ad-hoc basis. Interview Process We aim to progress quickly and efficiently through 3 interview stages: Initial Screening Call – A 30-minute conversation with our Head of Account Management for you to learn more about the company and role, as well as for us to learn about your experience, interests, and career goals. Competency-Based Interview – A deeper dive into your experience and expertise, with our Head of Account Management and Head of Marketing, coupled with a short task mimicking a potential real life situation. 30-45 minutes. “Who” & Culture Round – A final chat with our CEO and your potential team members to ensure a good fit for both sides. 60 minutes.
