The role:
As Financial Accountant, you will be a vital member of the finance team, supporting the Finance Manager and leadership team with financial reporting, controls, and process improvements. You'll work across the business, gaining exposure to commercial decision-making while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing monthly management accounts and statutory reporting
* Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
* Streamlining finance systems and processes to support growth
* Providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions
About you:
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in a growing, dynamic business where processes evolve
* A proactive mindset and strong communication skills
