Your newpanyWe are actively recruiting a dedicated and professional Payroll Administrator to join a high performing team in Radstock. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential, accurate, andpliant payroll and HR administration across the organisation, acting as a primary point of contact for all pay-related matters.Your new role
1. Payroll Processing: Accurately capturing and processing all variable payroll data, including starters, leavers, rate changes, statutory deductions, sickness, absence, and unpaid leave.
2. Data Management: Meticulously collating, checking, and processing overtime, casual claims, and expenses, and securely transmitting all verified data to our external payroll provider by monthly deadlines.
3. Query Resolution: Acting as the first point of contact for all payroll, tax, and pension-related queries from staff, providing clear, accurate, and timely resolutions.
4. Reporting &pliance: Assisting with the production of vital monthly reconciliation reports, supporting annual pension returns, and providing necessary payroll data to HR and finance. You will also help prepare new and variation contracts for staff.
5. Liaison: Working closely with the external payroll provider & finance/HR teams to ensure smooth and accurate payroll delivery.

6. Good sound working knowledge of ICT and experience using management information systems and maintaining accurate electronic records.
