Triangle Recruitment working in partnership with a renown Logistics and Warehousing organisation are looking for a Warehouse Goods In Administrator/Planner, working on a Day Shift 08:00 16:30

The Role
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse operations.
Checking and clearing receipts on the system and resolving stock discrepancies in a timely manner
Receiving customer enquiries/orders, processing picks and loading them accurately onto the system
Despatching orders on the system and arranging transport
Closing out job files by obtaining POD and any other required information
Running reports from the system as required by customers and management
Updating and reporting customer KPIs
Collating accurate information for customer charge reports ready for Month end invoicing
About You
To be considered as a Warehouse Goods In Administrator/Planner, you will need:
- Proven experience in an administrative or warehouse administrative support role- - Proven customer service experience - Strong organisational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
