Recruitment Assistant
7-month fixed-term contract
July start
London based- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home a week
My client an Investment Management firm are looking to hire a Recruitment Assistant on a 7-month maternity contract. To carry out this role you must have recent recruitment experience, ideally working in a corporate environment.
Working in a fast-paced environment you will be supporting 2 HR Business Partners with:
* Recruitment administration: screening CVS, scheduling interviews, administering assessments, preparing offers and offers
* Managing the onboarding process
* Managing agency relationships and acting as the first point of contact
* Advertising roles on the intranet and external sites
* Supporting with direct sourcing initiatives
* Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
* Monitoring the agency PSL
* Supporting with the administration for the yearly internship programme
To carry out this role you must have:
* Previous experience in recruitment administration, ideally within a Financial Services environment
* Proven experience providing a confidential, quality administrative service
* Familiarity with Workday would be an advantage
