About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Manager to join our Bristol team. You will be responsible for leading installation projects, managing teams on-site, ensuring delivery against programme targets, maintaining exceptional safety standards and building strong customer relationships. As a Construction Manager, you’ll manage multiple projects and support teams to deliver high-quality lift and escalator solutions across London. What will you be doing? Manage installation projects from planning through to completion Lead and support field teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery Oversee programme performance, budgets and resource allocation Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and KONE standards Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors and stakeholders Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans Support project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery Drive high performance and engagement within engineering teams Ensure projects achieve quality, safety and commercial objectives Identify development opportunities for team members and support capability growth What are we looking for?
