Role Description This is a full-time position for a UK Business Development Manager based in Chippenham. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to grow market presence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Qualifications Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and deliver persuasive presentations.
Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition.
Strong organisational and project management skills for handling multiple business opportunities simultaneously.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
