ANS is looking for an experienced Sales Director – AI Business Solutions to lead and grow our AI-focused sales division. You’ll drive new business, expand existing accounts, and develop a high‑performing sales team while strengthening our Microsoft partnership.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver annual sales targets across Microsoft & Professional Services.
* Lead acquisition of new customers in Commercial & Public Sector.
* Drive growth in existing accounts through full transformation journeys.
* Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team.
* Build strong relationships with Microsoft to drive co‑sell opportunities.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery and SLT to maximise customer outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong leadership experience in AI Business Solutions (D365, BC, Power Platform).
* Proven track record delivering sales growth across Commercial & Public Sector.
* Experience scaling sales functions and managing large teams.
* Excellent C‑suite communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong commercial acumen (T&Cs, procurement, stakeholder management).
