An award-winning global creative agency is looking for a Legal Counsel. Reporting to the Global General Counsel, the role is a fantastic opportunity for a junior commercial lawyer to join a large yet still rapidly growing agency with a presence in multiple territories. You will play a significant role in advising the business on all legal issues that arise, with a focus on the UK agency.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including talent, production and MSAs.
* Advising on legal and commercial aspects of client projects and productions
* Providing IP and advertising regulation advice and training
* Advising on legal risks and opportunities related to the use of AI
* Advising on Data Protection matters
* Contributing to internal policies, risk management processes and contract templates

To be considered, you should be a qualified commercial lawyer with 0-2yrs PQE* with contract drafting and IP experience. Advertising or production experience is ideal but not essential.
