Our Assistant Restaurant General Managers (ARGM) have a bucketload of experience from various different sectors - from supermarkets, to pubs, to high street retailers and banks. But some things they do have in common - they're authentic brand ambassadors who put their people first.
As ARGM of your restaurant, you'll be wing-man or woman to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), leading your team to deliver our world famous fried chicken to our guests. We'll empower you to run your restaurant like you own it - so put on that bolo tie and get ready to make the Colonel proud.
