The Role:
Joining our supportive and inclusive Paying for Care Team within Adults’ Health and Care as a Finance Administrator, you can develop a career in finance, whilst making a real difference to the lives of Hampshire residents.
What you'll do:
1. Ensure both Hampshire County Council and our clients pay the right amount for care services.
2. Generate accurate invoices and billing schedules.
3. Help the team to further develop, implement, and maintain new finance-related processes and systems.
4. Resolve queries efficiently by liaising with clients, their representatives, care providers, and internal Hampshire County Council teams.
What we're looking for:
5. Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
6. Previous experience in data analysis and collaborative working.
7. Strong communication skills to effectively resolve queries.
8. Confidence in working independently and using IT skills to embrace digital technology.
