Job Title: HVAC / Water Commissioning Engineer
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £50k + Training & Benefits
We are seeking a HVAC / Water Commissioning Engineer in the South East, to work across commercial and public sector sites. The role is within a leading Water Treatment company, who ensure to provide highly technical and thorough services to their well-established client base. Candidates must have proven technical experience and must be able to hit the ground running. It is preferred that candidates hold CSA grades. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have strong experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer within a Water Treatment specialist company
- Fully conversant in technical guidelines including CIBSE and ACOP L8
- It would be beneficial to hold Eastwood Park training and CSA grades
- Professional manner
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficient in using IT software to complete reports
The Role:
- Conducting commissioning on air and water systems across a mixed portfolio of client sites
- Working on LTHW, CHW, fan coil units, and domestic heated & chilled systems
- Auditing on AHUs
- Adjusting flow rates
- Maintaining equipment and calibrating when required
- Travelling across a range of commercial, local authority and public sector client sites
- Providing detailed technical advice to clients
- Updating logbooks
- Creating site-specific project reports
