As part of our full-time, permanent Activities & Leisure Leadership Team, you will:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operation of our onsite activities and swimming pools, following standard operating procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
2. Deliver performance targets against budget, manage stock, margin, and cost control.
3. Complete administrative tasks including team rotas, safety, and legislative compliance checks.
4. Drive continuous improvement, provide solutions to issues, and set goals for growth.
5. Lead and coach the team to work productively and develop professionally.
6. Engage and inspire the team to always be guest-obsessed.
7. Effectively recruit and train new team members.

Experience and Qualifications:
You may already be a Leisure Manager, Swimming Pool Manager, or Sports & Activities Manager, which is great. Or maybe you’re an experienced Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager looking for the next step! We are looking for:
* Proven experience leading large teams in an Activities & Leisure or similar environment.
* Experience in managing operations, performance, resources, and cost control.
* Ability to confidently deal with guest concerns and resolve problems.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Strong decision-making ability.
It would be great if you held the below qualifications, but don’t worry if you don’t; we can provide training and support:
* Pool Plant Operator (PPO)
* Swimming Pool Technician Operator (SPTO)
