Senior Retail Travel Consultant required to work in this upmarket travel agency in a very affluent area in Surrey (would consider part time). To assist customers in planning, booking, and coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring a high level of customer service while meeting sales and service targets, dealing with worldwide holidays to amazing destinations and using your expertise and experience in gaining their booking.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert travel advice and guidance to customers.
* Plan and book holidays, including flights, accommodation, car hire, travel insurance, and excursions.
* Handle both face-to-face and online/telephone enquiries.
* Offer tailored travel solutions to meet customers' needs and budgets.
* Upsell travel-related products such as insurance, tours, and upgrades.
* Stay informed about industry trends, destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
* Maintain customer records and manage bookings using internal systems.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
* Participate in training, familiarisation trips, and promotional events.
