Role Description
As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on all matters related to health and safety compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Essex/London. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and safety management system implementation. You will also work closely with client teams to develop tailored training programs to promote safe practices and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
· Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field
· NEBOSH certification
· Minimum 2 years of experience in health and safety
· Extensive knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and best practices
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
· Experience conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and safety management system implementation
· Experience developing and delivering training programs
· Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
