The Role | Behaviour Lead:
Lead the effective delivery of the schools Behaviour Policy, ensuring consistency across all year groups.
Coordinate targeted interventions for pupils, including those at risk of suspension or persistent disruption.
Manage detentions, restorative conversations, and structured reintegration plans.
Analyse behaviour trends and data to inform strategy and support senior leaders with investigations.
