Responsibilities
* Oversee the management and development of quality services for young people.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
* Implement and maintain a behavioural framework within the home.
* Provide effective leadership and promote team development.
* Manage staff resources and ensure effective communication strategies.
* Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff.
* Monitor and evaluate service quality and performance standards.
Package and Benefits
* Annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000.
* 25 days of annual leave.
* Monthly bonus for full occupancy of the home.
* 40-hour work week.
* Six-month probationary period.
* Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
