What you'll be doing:
As a Creative Senior Production Specialist, you'll be at the heart of how Avon's creative work comes to life. You'll manage the delivery of creative briefs from start to finish-working with in-house teams, partner agencies, and global and local stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You'll guide the production process, influence decisions, and help bring bold creative ideas to life across all channels.
Key responsibilities:
* Leading the end-to-end production process for creative assets across all channels and markets
* Managing timelines, budgets, and partner negotiations to ensure efficient delivery
* Supporting creative concept development and helping bring ideas to life through compelling execution
* Collaborating with project managers and internal teams to keep projects on track and aligned
* Ensuring usage rights, casting, and commercial agreements are met fairly and inclusively
* Staying up to date with the latest production methods and creative talent to elevate our work
* Driving continuous improvement in how we produce and deliver creative content globally
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in creative production, ideally in multi-market environments
* Strong understanding of content production across channels like TV, digital, social, and print
* Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
* Experience working with agencies and internal creative teams
* A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
* Passion for delivering high-quality, impactful creative work that connects with diverse audiences
