Mondelez International, a global snacking powerhouse, is seeking a passionate and dedicated QA Team Leader to join our team at Ernest Jackson in Crediton. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop a QA Support Team, maintain and improve Food Safety Plans.

Role Overview:
As the QA Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the QA Support Team, EJ HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP Plans, while fostering a strong Food Safety & Quality Culture within the Operations Supply Chain. You will act as a champion for quality, building robust systems that meet legislative, regulatory, customer, and corporate requirements to ensure the safety, quality, and efficacy of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the QA support team, promoting Quality & Food Safety Culture across the Operations Supply Chain
2. Maintain and improve EJ HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP Plan documents and approvals
3. Drive document product release on time in full
4. Assist in QER and CAPA closure
5. Conduct Internal Audits
6. Support the Supply Chain Continuous Improvement journey
7. Contribute to project forums, ensuring Food Safety & Quality compliance
8. Utilise communication skills to support understanding and adherence to compliance
What you will bring

9. Experience of Managing a HACCP Plan within a food environment
10. Knowledge of food or medicated product regulations governing the manufacture and distribution of final product
11. Experience in Quality Assurance
12. Experience in managing and leading a team
13. Experience in internal auditing
14. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & interpersonal), the ability to foresee and communicate issues to enable swift resolution
15. A collaborative working style with the ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders
16. Flexibility and open-mindedness - enjoying ambiguity and change
17. MS office applications

HACCP Level 4 is preferred
