Kinmylies Medical Practice Receptionist Role
Kinmylies Medical Practice is seeking a new team member for our Reception Team.
We prioritize finding the right fit for our team over prior primary care experience, as full training will be provided. While previous experience is a plus, it is secondary to the ability to learn new skills and work in a supportive, empathetic, and positive environment. Our team supports each other, fostering a collaborative atmosphere across the practice.
This role is approximately 30 hours over 3 or 4 days, with flexibility for more or fewer hours for the right candidate. The starting salary is £12.25 per hour, increasing to £12.60 after probation. The successful candidate will be eligible for the NHS pension scheme, which offers a total of 27.75% of salary, with 22.5% contributed by the practice.
Kinmylies has 2 GP partners, a managing partner, an ANP, 2 practice nurses, an HCA, and 5 reception team members. This size allows you to become a familiar face and make a meaningful impact on the practice’s operations.
