The role:
As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our Group Care Homes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care in a nurturing environment. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and kindness among residents and staff alike.
