Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Nights) – Location: Leeds – Hours: 39.37/week | Shifts: 7:45pm - 7:45am (2-week rolling rota) – Salary: £28,354.27/year (£13.85/hr) + overtime (£15.35/hr) + £35/week on-call
Shift pattern:
Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun
Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri
Brand-new residential service supporting men with enduring mental health needs. As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Nights), you\'ll provide consistent, person-centred care, supervise support staff, and help shape a safe, recovery-focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support night staff
* Deliver high-quality personal and mental health care
* Administer medication, manage records
* Support new staff and act as shift lead
* Promote safety, dignity, and independence
Qualifications
* Experience in mental health care
* Understanding of care plans & risk assessments
* Strong leadership & communication skills
* A passion for recovery and inclusion
