Key Responsibilities
* Set high expectations for learners and deliver ambitious teaching and learning objectives.
* Plan and prepare diverse resources to support all students, accounting for differing learning needs, languages and cultural backgrounds.
* Deliver inclusive, engaging lessons using a range of teaching strategies and manage support staff to enhance student learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues, Head of Faculty and other professionals to improve teaching practice.
Qualifications and Skills
* Qualified teacher status (or recognised equivalent).
* Degree in the subject specialism.
* Ability to deliver good or outstanding lessons at GCSE (A‑level teaching desirable).
* Effective classroom management and inclusive teaching skills.
