Humanities Teacher Location: Preston Contract: Full‑time Start Date: September 2026 Salary: From £170 per day (dependant on experience) About the Role We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Humanities Teacher to join a successful and forward‑thinking Humanities Department. The ability to teach Humanities at GCSE level (History, Geography, or Religious Studies) is desirable, though flexibility is available depending on your specialism. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS3–KS4. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to curriculum planning and development within the Humanities department. Maintain high expectations for behaviour and uphold strong classroom management. Take part in departmental meetings, CPD, and whole‑school initiatives. Support the academic and personal development of all learners.
