Client Response Coordinator
💰 £25,000 - £28,000 | 🏠 1 day WFH per week | 📅 33 days holiday (incl. BHs)
We're looking for Client Response Coordinators with strong customer service experience - whether from call centres, telecoms (O2, BT), insurance (Direct Line), NHS, or similar backgrounds.
Shifts: 5-week rolling pattern
Week 1: 7-3 | Week 2: 8-4 | Week 3: 9-5 | Week 4: 10-6 | Week 5: 11-7What you'll do:
Handle client issues, job orders, escalations, scheduling, data entry, callouts, SLAs, communications, POs, and subcontractor onboarding - with varied tasks each week.
