New Stores Assistant
Location: Billericay
Rate: £16-18 per hour (Inside IR35)
Hours: 07:30-16:30, 9 hours per day
Contract: Ongoing until at least end of 2027
Overview:
The New Stores Assistant supports store operations by sourcing products, managing suppliers, processing orders, and maintaining accurate stock control as part of a small team.
Key Duties:
Source products and manage supplier relationships
Negotiate pricing and place accurate orders
Book in, check, and reconcile deliveries
Maintain stock records and documentation
Use ordering and stock control systems
Undertake site deliveries when requiredRequirements:
Experience with stock or ordering systems
Confident IT skills
Full UK driving licence (max 3 penalty points)
Flexible and team‑focused approach
