Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management to support project delivery and financial management.
- Identify and engage subcontractors for various projects.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities and schedule rates.
- Utilise relevant portals to seek and identify tender opportunities.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and reports related to projects.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in quantity surveying.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
