Reeb Millwork, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Warehouse Associate for Second Shift to join our VALUES-based organization. Responsible, at various points, for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, transporting, and otherwise handling products that come into and move out of the warehouse.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
* Safely operate forklifts or other machinery (chainsaw) to complete tasks including loading, unloading, moving, staging, pulling orders, and transporting material.
* Band, wrap, and tape products as needed.
* Maintain the condition of the warehouse work area—free of trash, organized, and floors swept.
* Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to complete workload efficiently.
* Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, and completing work timely.
* Assist with inventory variances, order accuracy, and track and trace issues.
* Read and understand tickets and product codes.
* Learn to use a chainsaw and Holtec Industrial Saw.
* Read a tape measure accurately.
* Pull daily orders accurately.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
* PIT experience preferred.
Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $18.00/hr to $22.00/hr, based on experience.
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Prior lumber experience desired; engineered lumber experience preferred.
* Forklift experience and certification preferred but not required.
* Basic math and analytical skills.
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Self-starter, proactive, able to take initiative.
