Multiskilled Operative - Plymouth We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide a response maintenance service on MOD properties. You will be based in Plymouth and covering the local area. This is a permanent role and offers a £34,000 salary van and fuel card. This position will start temp for 13 weeks through us as an agency. Multiskilled Operative Day to Day: Responsive maintenance work in MOD properties Completing a variety of works in various trades Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, some external works etc Multiskilled Operative Requirements: Good multi-trade experience Good attitude Honest and reliable Ideally social housing/ MOD experience The successful candidate will have to do a DBS check and a BPSS security check.
