The Role
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving lead generation and supporting business development while managing the company's marketing output across digital channels, campaigns, and content creation.
This will include:
1. Creating case studies, email campaigns, and LinkedIn content
2. Managing the company website and optimising content for SEO
3. Monitoring campaign engagement and reporting on performance
4. Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities
5. Managing inbound leads and maintaining CRM records (Pipedrive)
6. Coordinating with the engineering team on proposals and quotations
7. Supporting site visits, client meetings, and exhibitions
You'll work closely with the General Manager and technical teams, helping to shape commercial growth and raise brand visibility across target markets.
Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
8. Experience in B2B marketing and / or sales
9. Excellent communication and content creation skills
10. Familiar with digital tools such as LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar
11. Comfortable using CRM systems
12. Organised, proactive, and able to manage varied workloads
Desirable:
13. Experience in engineering, automation, or manufacturing sectors
14. Exposure to exhibitions, CMS (e.g. WordPress), or SEO
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be part of a collaborative and growing technical business. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact across both sales and marketing functions while developing your commercial skill set in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Office based in Worcester
£30 - £35k (depending on experience)
