Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join the Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA).
The 330km Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) Project by Anglian Water is under construction and will be completed during AMP8. Beyond this we have a further 260km of water transfer pipelines and associated infrastructure to be delivered in AMP8.
What will you be doing as our new Health Safety Wellbeing Advisor?
You will provide Health & Safety advice, guidance and coaching to Project Teams from pre-construction to handover and ensure compliance with the Strategic Alliance HSEMS.
You will be required to complete inspections, advisory visits, incident investigations, feedback and briefings to sites.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct H&S site visits which could be inspections, advisory visits, engagement tours to ensure site compliance with Alliance HSEMS and recorded on M2i.
2. Attend project rehearsals and fit for assembly meetings as required to provide H&S advice before the project gets to site.
3. Conduct incident investigations either as the main investigator or as part of an investigation team as required. This will include gathering evidence, interviewing, and completing the investigation report as per the Alliance HSEMS/parent company.
