This is a global role reporting to the Head of HR, offering the opportunity to work closely with teams across regions and functions. It is a hands‑on role with real strategic impact, supporting the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development activity across Fulkrum.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing others, enjoys building practical solutions, and wants to contribute to a more structured, scalable and high‑quality learning approach across our global business.
The Learning and Development Partner is responsible for designing, delivering, assessing and continuously improving learning and development activity across Fulkrum. The role supports business capability through structured onboarding, role‑based training, leadership development for team leaders and below, mentoring activity, internal development programmes, and the implementation and ongoing development of Fulkrum’s Learning Management System.
This is a hands‑on role with strategic impact. Reporting to the Head of HR, the role will work closely with the People Experience Coordinator, Communications and Project Administrator, HR colleagues, managers, local HR support and key stakeholders across the business to create practical, scalable and commercially relevant learning solutions.
The role will support Fulkrum in moving from a largely manual approach to learning into a more structured, measurable and globally consistent model, while contributing to wider people initiatives including leadership development, manager capability, mentoring, Fulkrum Academy‑style learning initiatives, and the promotion of training standards and best practice across all offices.
The role also plays an important part in supporting consistency in systems and process training, helping to improve process adherence, data quality, and user capability across key internal platforms and workflows.

* Upload, maintain and organise learning pathways, modules, assessments, records and resources within the LMS.
* Support the future development of the LMS, including expansion into technical learning, certification tracking and broader capability frameworks.
* Use LMS data, feedback and completion reporting to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.

* Support audit preparation by ensuring training records, assessment outcomes and learning evidence are accurate, up to date and readily accessible.
* Contribute to the development of training‑related elements of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment between learning, compliance and operational processes.
