The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team is working closely with a Not-For-Profit organisation that works for better conditions for health care workers.
We are supporting them with their recruitment of a temporary People Administrator who has a keen eye for detail and has a "right first time" approach.
What the People Administrator will be doing
You will be providing guidance when it comes to disciplinaries and employee queries:
Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met for investigations, hearings, and appeals.
Ensure templates are up to date following any advised changes.
Draft standard correspondence (invite letters) using approved templates.
Coordinate logistics for meetings (rooms, virtual links, documentation).
Attend ER meetings (disciplinary, grievance, capability) to take comprehensive and impartial notes.
What the successful Employee Adviser will bring to the team:
Public sector background would be ideal
